Introducing a new class: “Strength and Conditioning”
– Every Monday at 3:15PM
This program is designed to increase participants functional strength and improve their range of motion. The program will consist of warmup, strength training with light weights, range of motion exercises using balls, balance games, seated yoga and stretching.
