Human Resources Director – Contract or Part-Time
Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp., a Framingham non-profit that operates Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center, Mary Ann Morse Home Care, and Mary Ann Morse at Heritage is seeking a dynamic, experienced Part-Time or contract Human Resources Director to lead our human resource initiatives across all service lines of the organization. This member of the Senior Leadership Team will partner with executive leaders to collaborate on strategies and execution in the following areas: talent acquisition and staffing, employee relations and interpretation and application of human resources policies and practices. MAINTENANCE– Basic fix it stuff and work orders (lightbulbs, TV set ups, minor repairs) picking stuff up and putting it down, following deep sanitizing protocols as required.
ACTIVITIES– Have you seen some of the amazing things we do for our seniors? Scroll through our page to see some of the ways we are helping our Seniors live their best possible lives. Yoga, Bingo, games… Seriously, it’s just about the best job ever!
HOUSEKEEPING– What is better than a clean living space and fresh sheets on the bed? Cleaning Resident apartments and common areas as directed as well as following deep sanitizing protocols as required.
CULINARY– Stuck in quarantine with a family who under-appreciates your cooking skills? Are you binge-watching too much Food Network? Come and join our mobile dinner train while we deliver 3 meals a day to our Residents while playing music, singing, and spreading some FUN! We’ve even been known to cruise through our community with a cart full of quarantinis, beer, or mud-slides for our Residents!
NURSE (RN/LPN required)– just about the most noble profession there is. Enough said.
CNA-(Certification required)- Provide direct Resident Care. Seriously, why don’t these people wear superhero capes?
NURSING STUDENTS– What better time to get some practical experience?
FRONT DESK– As you can imagine, we’re getting a lot of calls right now. Help answer the basic FAQs or patch through calls to the people who have answers.
COURIER-Run errands for Residents and to support the operations of the community. It’s like Uber, but without passengers. Mask, gloves, and sanitizer will be supplied. Mileage will be reimbursed.
